Aberdeen Man in Prison after Robbing Shop With Spoon

A man who robbed an Aberdeen shop with the use of a spoon, has been sentenced to nearly two years in prison. Mathew Whyte, 26, confessed to threatening two staff members at the Hammerton Store on Great Northern Rd back in July. Whyte, who was only recently out of prison, had used a spoon during the incident and made out that it was a knife. He had made away with £464.04 from the Aberdeen shop.
